Shipping & Returns
Same day shipping available Monday-Friday if orders are received before 2PM CST. Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days.
Our specialty is our commitment to happy customers! If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We do not accept returns, so no need to mail it back to us. However, if you can see an issue with your purchase, please take a picture of it and send to us. The more we know; the more we can help!
For damaged or unsatisfactory products that are not purchased directly on ourspecialty.com but through a grocery store, retail location, or on another website, please contact the store where the original purchase was made.

Enjoy or freeze by the expiration date stamped on your items. Our products will still taste great after being thawed.
I received my order and the items expire in 10 days. Why is this?
Our products are more similar to what you would find in the in-store bakery section of a grocery store and contain fewer preservatives than boxed items. These are good for 14 days from their ship date and generally arrive to customers with 10-12 days of shelf-life remaining. You should have received an insert indicating that the item can be frozen to preserve freshness. Please be assured the product has been tested and will thaw perfectly fine for consumption at a later date.
